Shanandoa Arnaldi WIJSHISERShanandoa was born and grew up in Zumbo, located north of Sta Cruz on Aruba. It is an island bathed in exotic palette of colours, where the melodic songs of birds chirping in the early morning hours and the rhythm of the windy breeze coming in from the northern coasts makes Zumbo a special and unique place. Shanando completed high school at the Colegio Arubano and is planning to continue her studies by taking a psychology degree in the USA. Deandrea CONLIFFEDeandrea was born and grew up on a tiny island named New Providence in the Bahamas. The Bahamas is an archipelago of 700 islands that span across 100,000 square miles of the clearest water situated in the Atlantic Ocean and blessed with incredible beaches. Deandrea graduated from High School with honours, she is currently a Sales Representative in one of the Tourism Industry’s major resorts, to put herself through college as she would like to further her education and obtain a degree to become a criminal lawyer. Latoya Tamara MCDOWALDLatoya was born and grew up in Applewhaite’s, Barbados, it is a very small beautiful village in the middle of the island. At the moment she is studying law and political science at the Community College, from there she plans to enrol at university to obtain her Master, her ambition is to become a prominent Attorney-at-Law. The most interesting job Latoya has experienced to date was officiating at the Pan-American Games in 2003 in Barbados. Lorato Pearl TEBOGOLala was born in Ramotswa and grew up in Sebele on the outskirts of Gaborone, the capital, last year she moved to Manyana. Botswana has fantastic landscapes with archaeological sites dating back to the Stone Age. The wildlife is diverse and sometimes rare. Botswana’s income comes primarily from diamonds, beef and tourism.
